Faith, Growth, and Fruitfulness

Lorrie Yturralde Faivre works for CRU International, assisting with the Significance Project. She helps to equip others worldwide to be more effective in evangelism and discipleship. Lorrie married Steve Faivre in December 2020. They reside in San Diego where Steve also serves with Cru. We asked Lorrie last year, to answer these questions to describe her ministry.

What is your organization’s vision?

CRU is a non-denominational Christian organization committed to helping fulfill the Great Commission around the world. In the past, my husband and I we were overseas, involved in helping professionals embrace the mission God has given them in the workplace, and equipping them to intentionally reach out in the unique place that God has placed them. Since my husband went to be with the Lord, I have been serving at the CRU headquarters in Florida to assist in the needs of the staff serving worldwide.

Describe the focus of your work.

I am serving with CRU headquarters in Orlando, Florida, assisting in the needs of worldwide staffand helping plan conferences and meetings. I currently work with The Significance Project team, using life coaching resources to see others around the world discipled and reached for Him.

Please pray:

For God’s protection, provision and peace during this world pandemic

For wisdom in reaching out during this time in the ministry

For many people to be hungry to know God and His purposes for their lives

For my health (no doctor visit because of CoVid)
