SERVING SENIORS
The Gary and Mary West Senior Wellness Center offers breakfast and lunch meals (seven days a week), health clinic, social events, exercise and educational classes, Cyber Cafe with computer assistance. Take a look at the online monthly calendar for all events and classes.

Also has a list of centers in the county that serve free daily meals to seniors and contact info for home delivery of free meals to homebound seniors.

ELDER CARE DIRECTORY
A comprehensive guide to independent living and long-term care for all of San Diego county and Temecula. Published by the San Diego Union-Tribune and updated yearly, it is available for free at all libraries. It has a helpful glossary of elder care housing terms.
