MUSIC MINISTRY AT FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH        

Through the music ensembles at First Presbyterian Church, the directors seek to lead their members to the worship of God and their continued spiritual growth. They also provide an opportunity for gifted people to serve the Lord by leading worship for the various services of the church. These ensembles invite new members to join the program.They include:

• Carol Choir (grades K-3) Lorie Decker, Director
• Crusader Choir (grades 4-9) Lorie Decker, Director
• Worship Band (Jr High and High School) - Jessica Knudsen, Advisors
• New Dawn Singers (College-Career) Dr. Keith Whitlock, Director
• Westminster Choir (Adult) Dr. Keith Whitlock
• Worship Team, Mr. Bob Parrish, Director
• Brass Ensemble (Open to all brass musicians)

CONCERT SERIES:

The CONCERT SERIES of First Presbyterian Church provides outstanding music events for the church and community. Our own Westminster Choir and soloists along with the New Dawn Singers are featured.

All of the concerts are free of charge. There will be a free-will offering taken. Parking attendants are provided.The purpose of the Concert Series is to glorify God through a carefully chosen series of programs featuring outstanding dramatic, vocal and instrumental artists which provide spiritual and cultural enrichment to our church family, friends and guests.
