Westminster Manor is operated by a board of directors and offers Section 8 housing. The 16-floor, 155-unit tower was built in 1971 by FPC and the Federal Government.

Manor residents are our neighbors and it is our desire to connect with them in a meaningful way wherever they are in their life’s journey. Many worship with us; others study with us or benefit from the groceries we make available monthly or the meal we provide on Sundays.
