Pager Policy

This paging system is for the safety of our babies and toddlers and to provide reassurance for parents and visitors.

1. All parents of children checking into the Nursery will receive a pager.
2. This is a silent pager that vibrates when activated.
3. The pager must be worn to be effective. Please do not put them on a purse or notebook.
4. The pagers serve as our security check-out system.
5. Your child will not be released to anyone without the pager corresponding to your child’s number. Please make sure the adult picking up your child will have the pager with them.
6. Children will not be released until the pager is returned.
   You will be paged…
   • If your child is sick or injured and needs your attention.
   • If your child cries nonstop for 15-20 minutes.
   • If your child has a discipline problem that cannot be corrected.
   • If the nursery is closing and you have not returned to pick up your child.

*In the event of an emergency all parents will be paged.
